Omega-3 can prevent an inflammation from depressive disorder [2], [3] as well as omega-3 can reduce the anxiety [4]. Moreover, clinical study reported that deficiency of omega-3 results in decreased dopamine level [5]. The consumption of omega-3 may increase the levels of dopamine and serotonin [6].
